I am a huge fan of the inspirational pocket guide series of Do books.

Do Breathe is full of simple breathing techniques for instant calm, improved productivity, and long-term wellbeing. Written by yoga teacher and mindfulness coach Michael Townsend Williams, Do Breathe suggests exercises to help reduce stress, improve focus and workflow and cultivate new habits.

A good read for those looking to find grounding in our busy, and often overwhelming, modern world.
