Inspire a moment of calm, peace and deep rest with our Savasana Balm.

Our Savasana Balm has been made in collaboration with local yoga teachers Gem & Will. Combining our passion for natural skincare and wellbeing, with Gem & Will’s extensive understating of yoga, we created this beautiful balm.

For Gem, scent is an important part of a restorative yoga practice. The balm is scented with organic geranium, frankincense and lavender essential oils. This blend has been chosen to soothe a busy mind and encourage a feeling of rejuvenation, aiding the entry into a mediative state.

The Savasana Balm is available in two sizes, a pocket size 20ml and a larger 60ml tin. You can also use the balm as a nourishing foot treatment, massage a little into tired feet and deeply inhale, then exhale.

Rituals for Use

Here are Gemma’s recommendations for how to incorporate the balm into your own restorative practice:

Instant Calm: Apply the soothing balm to the inner wrist, inhale the scent deeply to pacify your mind. Alternatively, massage into temples to invite ease and clarity.

Take Time: Set up a savasana by gathering soft props such as a pillow, bolster and blanket. You may wish to light candles or play ambient meditation music.

Lie on your back with a head support and a bolster or two cushions to fill the space behind your knees, using a weighted blanket as a cover.

Apply savasana balm to any areas of holding, such as your neck and shoulders, and gently massage with fingertips. Then softly sink into stillness to experience deep rest. Rise when you feel rejuvenated.
