SPRING SKINCARE RITUALS
Our Spring skincare and self- care rituals lean into the longer and lighter days. They invite us to breathe deeply and refresh, as we step into this transitional season.
Flow Aromatherapy Pulse Point Oil: Lean into the uplift in Spring energy with our Flow pulse point oil. Roll a little oil onto your inner wrists, the side of your neck and onto your temples. Breathe in for eight and out for four. A blend of juniper, rosemary, bergamot and petitgrain essential oils will help focus and concentration, enhancing feelings of wellbeing.
Spring Tide Bath & Body Oil: Spring Tide has been formulated to nourish and revive skin, scented to evoke the sense of ease, harmony and hope we experience as the days get lighter and longer.
Seaweed infused organic jojoba oil deeply soothes and moisturises skin. Anti- inflammatory blackcurrant seed oil, replenishes and strengthens the skin barrier. A blend of lemon, petitgrain and ylang ylang essential oils restore the feeling of positivity and joy as nature begins to bloom.
Either massage the oil to damp skin, or add two tablespoons to a warm bath, to moisturise and deeply hydrate skin.

Innis Face Mask: Deeply cleansing and purifying, our Innis Face Mask will leave your skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
In a bowl, mix one tablespoon of powder with a little water to make a paste. Apply to skin and leave for ten minutes to dry. Remove the mask with warm water and a washcloth.
