How To Manage Your Subscriptions
If you have a subscription to any of our skincare products you can pause, cancel or bring forward your order by logging into your account at any time. You can also add other products to your order should you wish.
Firstly, you need to log into your account. You can do this by clicking on the little head icon on the right-hand side of our webpage.
Once you have logged in you can easily change the date of your next order and add any other products should you want to.

A note on refill options…
If you choose the refill option for the face and body oils this means they will come with an aluminium screw top. This is slightly cheaper as well as saving a little less waste. However, if at any time you would like a new pump top or dropper lid, then email ella@phoenixandprovidence.co.uk. We will send one to you at no extra charge.
