Welcome to the P & P Heart Space...
Through our range of Phoenix & Providence organic seaweed skincare, we encourage you to create a sense of ritual and self- connection in your everyday.
Our ethos is inspired by island life, the power of nature, simplicity, seasonality and intentional living. We promote a holistic approach to skincare beyond the products. Welcome to our Heart Space where we encourage you to nourish your body, inside as well as out.
Here you will find FREE self-massage and mindful movement videos, along with other wellbeing tools. This space has been created to help you connect mind and body, finding a moment of stillness in our often-busy world.
A huge thank you to the wonderful people who have given their time and expertise in this wellbeing space. There is no need to have purchased P & P skincare to enjoy these practices, although of course we believe they could enhance the experience!

Emily Ruth Yoga has created this short, gentle yoga flow to be used before an evening bathing or shower ritual, awakening the body, and stilling the mind.
