It has been a joy to work with massage therapists and the spa team at Hell Bay Hotel and Tresco Island, to create a range of professional Phoenix & Providence products that provide the ultimate moment of skincare, self-care, and healing from the seabed.
Inspired by the skin and mind-cleansing benefits of the sea, our skincare is handcrafted with organic ingredients, and infused with seaweed foraged from the shores of our beautiful island home, St. Martin’s.
Seaweed is rich in vitamins, antioxidants and amino acids that hydrate the skin, and promote collagen, improving skin tone, texture and elasticity. The anti- inflammatory properties of seaweed, along with a unique blend of minerals, help soothe, repair and strengthen the skin barrier, making it the perfect ingredient for spa skincare treatments.

Set The Mood-
Choose a time when you won’t get interrupted or distracted. You could set the mood with music or enjoy the quiet. You are welcome to listen to our Rejuvenate Playlist.
Take Your Time-
You can enjoy this complete spa ritual or just the parts that you have time for.
Spa- Style Body Scrub-
Begin in the shower cleansing your skin. Pause the running water and whilst your body is damp massage our Ennor Seaweed & Salt Scrub into your skin (not your face).
Deeply inhale and exhale three times. Tune into the skin tingling sensation and enjoy the scent of eucalyptus, lavender, rosemary, and frankincense, blended to help you find a place of calm and grounding. Restart the running water and wash off the salt and seaweed, leaving your skin feeling soft and smooth.
Body Massage-
Massage our Nourish Body Oil into your skin using gentle upwards strokes, start with your feet and move your way up your body.
Therapist Tia Tamblyn has recorded this 15-minute body massage ritual exclusively for the P & P Community. You can follow the video, and with Tia’s guidance, release tension you are holding and feel truly rejuvenated.
Seaweed Facial
1) Cleanse
Massage our Balance Cleansing Oil into dry skin. Splash your face, turning the oil into a light cleansing milk on contact with water. Thoroughly remove the cleanser with a warm washcloth.
Relax your forehead, release your jaw and soften your shoulders.
2) Face Mask Treatment
In a bowl, mix one tablespoon of our Innis Seaweed & Clay Face Mask powder with a little water to make a paste. Apply to your skin and leave for ten minutes to dry.
As well as using ingredients foraged from the shores of our island home, we wanted to transport you to your own place of relaxation, your own island sanctuary. Hypnotherapist and breath work coach Helen Kelynack has created, exclusively for the P & P community, ‘An Innis Moment’. This guided relaxation will help ease you into a state of deep rest in the 10 minutes you set aside for your Innis Face Mask Moment. You can follow the guided relaxation here.
Remove the mask with warm water and a washcloth.
3) Face Oil Massage
Massage 4- 5 drops of our Nurture Face Oil into your skin whilst it is still damp.
