Our Spring skincare and self- care rituals lean into the longer and lighter days. They invite us to breathe deeply and refresh, as we step into this transitional season.
Flow Aromatherapy Pulse Point Oil: Lean into the uplift in Spring energy with our Flow pulse point oil.
Roll a little oil onto your inner wrists, the side of your neck and onto your temples. Breathe in for eight and out for four. A blend of juniper, rosemary, bergamot and petitgrain essential oils will help focus and concentration, enhancing feelings of wellbeing.
Spring Tide Bath & Body Oil: Spring Tide has been formulated to nourish and revive skin, scented to evoke the sense of ease, harmony and hope we experience as the days get lighter and longer.
Seaweed infused organic jojoba oil deeply soothes and moisturises skin. Anti- inflammatory blackcurrant seed oil, replenishes and strengthens the skin barrier. A blend of lemon, petitgrain and ylang ylang essential oils restore the feeling of positivity and joy as nature begins to bloom.
Either massage the oil to damp skin, or add two tablespoons to a warm bath, to moisturise and deeply hydrate skin.

A ‘Could Do’ Spring Self- Care List
1) Declutter your bedside area, make a pile of books to read this season and add a fresh posy of flowers to greet you when you wake.
2) Spend some time planting seeds… whether flowers for your garden, herbs for your windowsill or salad leaves for your vegetable patch. Research has proven that making contact with the earth, and a specific bacteria in the soil called Mycobacterium vaccae, actually triggers the release of serotonin and dopamine in the body, in turn boosting our immunity and raising our spirits.
3) Sow the seeds for summer adventures… Start making plans for the warmer months, people you would like to see and fun you would like to have.
4) Enjoy our Spring Studio Playlist on Spotify or make your own compilation of uplifting songs.
5) Spend some time journaling. Here are some seasonal journal prompts:
What did Winter teach you?
What intention do you want to bring into this new season?
What would you like to achieve in the coming months?
