Our spa style Rest & Reset Retreat is designed to be carried out in the comfort of your own home. You can follow along for a weekend of self-care or choose the parts that appeal to you most. Our hope is that you will feel rested for the week ahead, perhaps inspired to carry some of these rituals into your daily routines and reclaim a moment of calm.  

FRIDAY EVENING
 Light a candle and choose a calming playlist. You can find our Rejuvenate playlist here.
Choose a breathing exercise created for the P & P Community here, or simply take three deep inhales, exhaling through your mouth.

Enjoy a hot oil massage before taking a shower or sinking into a bath.

Hot oil massage how to…Place a bottle of Nourish Body Oil in half a cup of boiling water for one minute. (Test the temperature of the oil with your finger.) Massage your body slowly and intentionally with the warming oil. Take this time to connect with your body, enveloping yourself in this warming cocoon.

SATURDAY MORNING

Start your day with a breathing exercise created for the P & P Community here, or simply take three deep inhales, exhaling through your mouth.

Stretch your body in a way that feels good. You could follow our Phoenix Yoga Flow or Supple Spines Pilates Class.

Follow with our Daily Skincare Ritual.

Make yourself your favourite brunch. Spend the afternoon reading an inspiring book or watching a cosy film.

 

SATURDAY EVENING

Indulge in a spa quality seaweed and salt body scrub before showering.

Body scrub how to… Mix two spoonful’s of Rejuvenate Bath Salts, and three spoonful’s of Nourish Body Oil. This homemade scrub will exfoliate and detox the skin. Simultaneously moisturising and hydrating, combining the uplifting energy of the salts with the calming, aromatic essential oil blend.

Put pen to paper and write down your own personal values. Write down the things that bring you the most joy, what makes you feel good. From this see if you can list three or four values you like to live by.
